I'm a board-certified psychiatrist, writer, and podcast host.

With my expertise in medicine, psychotherapy and coaching, I help individuals overcome anxiety, optimize sleep, and move through stressful transitions. I also help professionals overcome burnout and move forward into fulfilling lives.


In my writing and podcasting as The Reflective Doc, I provide information about mental health, psychotherapy and coaching, including where they overlap, and who might benefit from each option.


My mission is to normalize the difficult experiences we have as human beings, and encourage people to seek the help they need to live their best lives, whether in my practice, or with one of the amazing helpers out there.
